ONE PASS printing solution is for small-scale fast printing , such as label printing, barcode printing (variable TWO-DIMENSIONAL code printing), ribbon printing, cloth piece printing, shopping bag printing, textile cut- part printing, cap printing, mobile phone shell printing, commemorative coins printing, etc., the printing media running speed can be adjusted freely.

Feature

1.Apply to a variety of Epson printhead. Density of pixels of 4720 printhead is up to 1200dpi, DX5 or XP600’s is up to 720dpi. With variable ink drops，grayscale picture is smooth and soft in transition. Printing media one-time pass without moving the printhead to avoid the traditional multi-pass scan printing PASS mark and feathering mark.   Unique data processing method for software, then the number of nozzles is theoretically unlimited.

2.The   control software allow adding one-dimensional code, two-dimensional code, serial number and other personality information, allow to import variable data through the database , allow each task like two-dimensional code and other personality elements be added variablly.

3.Special printing action can be customized. Apply with various sensor to achieve intelligent printing .
